The Financial Management and Digital Economy programmes welcomed a guest with first-hand experience from the world of corporate finance – Jaroslav Volmut, Risk Manager at Ernst & Young. His guest lecture “Financial Reporting Through Risk Lenses” offered a behind-the-scenes look at how companies operate in an environment where the accuracy of financial statements is measured not only in numbers, but also in accountability, reputation, and sometimes even the personal risk borne by senior management.

Guest Lecture by SAP Expert Mr Štěpán Koníček at MUP Guest Lecture by SAP Expert Mr Štěpán Koníček at MUP 19. 11. 2025 Author: Irena Jindřichovská On Friday, 14 November 2025, the Department of Financial Management at MUP welcomed Mr Štěpán Koníček from SAP for a guest lecture focused on modern human resource management and the practical use of artificial intelligence. The event drew approximately 50 students, who appreciated the clear connection between theory and real corporate practice.
